Christmas Eve

My family always gets together Christmas Eve, it is tradition. My dad makes a wonderful prime rib and we contribute the sides to go with it. We all eat until our bellies hurt and then the festivities begin.
My son was wearing this shirt as an undershirt and somehow his other shirt was taken off. This was not taken on Halloween but actually Christmas Eve

My dad makes a mean Prime Rib dinner. We were all stuffed.

Ryker being the youngest went first in opening gifts from his cousins Bryson, Adam, Olivia, & Savanah.

Folder games for church. He loves them. He also got the monster truck you see in the pictures below. We LOVE these presents.

The Rusch family opening their family gift. Movie tickets and a basket of goodies.

Mariah opening the quilt that I made for her.

Kiana with the blanket that I bought for her gift.

Nalea with her blanket.

My mom opening gifts from my sisters.
My sis & her hubby Tim

Ryker opening his Pajamas that my mom made.

They are cute BYU pjs
My mom makes Pajama bottoms for all the grandkids. They get to open them Christmas Eve so they can wear them for Christmas morning. My mom has done this since we were little girls, a tradition that I have always loved.

We love the matching jammies tradition too! Ryker is growing up- I can't believe how different he looks in all the recent pictures. Grant still talks about Ryker often. Congratulations on the potty training, and good luck with the second part. Grant was the same way, but he did get it eventually!
