Quick little getaway to Grand Teton National Park

This is one of our favorite places to visit! We love Hidden Falls and the hike to get there.

 We called our friends the Perkins to see if they had plans for the weekend and then set a plan in motion to go hiking and possibly even stay the night in Jackson. We had a great time hiking and chatting about nature with the kids. Here are the kids eating up all the snacks we took hiking with us.

By the time we were finished hiking around Jenny lake it was 7 PM. It took us a lot longer than we expected. We decided to get a hotel in town and head to dinner at Donans in Moose (SO GOOD). The next morning we went to the Bunnery Bakery (YUMMY) and it was my brilliant idea to walk because our hotel was so close. Sure enough it started pouring rain, at one point it was hailing. We made the men run back in the rain to get the cars. Nice of them right? We went out to see some wild life but they must have all stayed in the trees because we didn't see any. The Perkins decided to head home and Ryker fell asleep so we decided to head up to Yellowstone. It was a fun little getaway with some GREAT friends!
