I had a great weekend with my family. It started on Thursday night when Dave came into town. We enjoyed spending the evening with the Carlisle clan going over all their pictures from their recent trip to Paris. We woke up Friday morning and packed up our car to head to Swiss Days in Midway, UT. I have been going to Swiss Days since I was about 12 years old. This is something that I have done with my mom as kind of a girls weekend. Dave was willing to come with us to help with Ryker and as his reward got to spend Saturday morning on the golf course. We had a great time and I got some great ideas for my scrapbook/craft enrichment group. On Saturday we were able to go to some condos at Wolf Creek and stay a couple of nights. We went swimming and had a great time. It rained from Sunday evening until we were getting ready to leave on Monday. But sometimes a little rain doesn't hurt, especially when you are sunburned.

I am finally home, it feels good to sleep in my own bed. I am still trying to get used to all the quiet around here. I have been surrounded by my family almost everyday for a month. Now it is just the three of us, and only me and Ryker when Dave is at work. Ryker is still trying to adjust to sleeping in his crib (which I can tell he likes more than the port-a-crib). Ryker is also trying to adjust to not napping in the car. I was usually busy running errands for my parents during his nap time. Over all I am happy to be home and surrounded by my things and my favorite men. I do miss seeing my family everyday but I will adjust as I have done in the past. I am excited to see my friends again and hopefully we can get together soon for a girls night out.

Welcome Home!
I am so happy your home! Dave and Ryker look so cute together in those pictures. I bet Dave is so happy to have you two home again. I wished I could have seen you last week:( Give Ryker a big hug from me. Take care and call me when you have the chance.
Looks like your trying to settle back into somewhat of a routine. He his so cute, he looks like a sweet baby. I'm glad you were able to help out your parent's for that long.
Sounds like fun and we REALLY need a GNO soon!! (Like next week). Glad you're finally home.
It's good to have you back. Thanks for letting us crash your house last night. I really needed a good chat session as you could probably tell. By the way, I sent Jason an e-mail today...thanks.
