I decided to make some cake balls for Easter. I tried to make them look like eggs but after a while I gave up and just made them into balls. I got the Red velvet cake ball recipe here http://www.bakerella.com/red-velvet-cake-balls/ . I wanted to make a coconut flavored one so I just used a white cake mix and added coconut extract and just used vanilla frosting. I made an 8 in cake for Ryker with half of the coconut cake mix.

This was fun to make, probably the only time Ryker will have a cake that looks like this. Those cake balls were SO yummy! It was a fun treat for all the adults!
