Happy 1st Birthday Ryker
We will start off with a party at the Carlisle home. We decided to celebrate Ryker's birthday while we were in Utah over the weekend. Here are some pictures of my baby digging into the cake. We have not given Ryker much sugar or dairy up to this point so I was surprised by how much he enjoyed this cake but he ate his entire BIG piece. I will post the recipe later but this cake is famous in my family. It has cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and whipping cream. Ryker loved every last bite, in the bottom picture you can see that his tray only has a few crumbs left. At one point he tried to bend over and put his mouth on the tray. It was classic, and yes we have it on video.
