We decided to do Ryker's blessing over Father's day weekend with our families. Dave and I also decided to have only our immediate family members. We had the blessing at Dave's parents home in Kaysville. Dave did a wonderful job with Ryker's blessing and of course I was crying the entire time. I was then able to get up and thank everyone for coming and thank my Father in Heaven for sending me such a sweet spirit. As many of you know we have waited so long for this experience and so I was extremely emotional the entire day. I was so happy that we were able to share this experience with just our families (minus Dave's sister Jami & family in FL and his brother Robbie who is on a mission in WV). My only living grandparents were able to come which was a very nice surprise. Ryker looked so adorable in his blessing outfit which was still a little big. After the blessing we had Cafe Rio type of food spread. The food was delicious! Ryker will be 2 months old on the 22nd. I can't believe time has gone by so fast.

Oh that is so wonderful that you blessed your sweet little boy on fathers day. I bet that day was one of the best days of your life. I am so happy for you!! I love your little family so much, and I am so happy that our Father in Heaven sent Ryker to you and Dave. Take care and I hope to see you in Bear lake on July 10-13th.
